and i present to the world... reia. 陈媃瑄

reia

this is the first time the world is seeing her.
if you can manage to decipher the picture, she is actually looking at you.
i know she's going to be one hell of a girl when she reaches her teens. zzz, just look at her mom.
i can foresee all my headaches already... boys calling her, coming home late, or even not back at all... pfft.

i've spent the past few years of my life thinking and deciding what kind of father i should be, and a lot of it was modeled after the way my father actually taught me.

but guess what...

my father doesn't have a daughter. i have no example to follow! good game.
guess i'll come up with my own way then.

> $1k to repair

posted by dark jedi @ 11:29 AM
a guy from the service centre called me to ask if i want to proceed with a repair on the laptop's motherboard, plus some other things.
total cost: above $1k. they were not exactly sure what else was spoilt yet, since it was unable to power up.

at that moment, i felt like saying: go eat shit and die, motherf-er.

i had just sent my laptop for a repair under warranty 3 months ago, and they replaced the faulty motherboard.
obviously they replaced it with a shitty one, because it died 3 months later. just-right-outside-of-my-warranty-period.

coincidence? knowing the world as it is today... unscrupulous.

but it wasn't the guy's fault you know, so i just declined politely and asked for my hard disk to be taken out so i can salvage whatever i can. zzzzz!

leaders of sony, hear me. eat shit and die, motherf-er.
it shall be a cold day in hell before i buy another sony laptop.

my sony vaio laptop died...

posted by dark jedi @ 8:03 PM
was it due to my relentless abuse? through those hours of long use?

i gave it a rest and switched to using my wife's hp laptop for 2 weeks... only to find out that it wouldn't even power on when i tried 2 weeks later!

this only made me realise one thing.

i was right to abuse my machine.

machines are like cheap sadomasochistic bitches.

they love the abuse, thrive on the abuse. once you stop it, they become feeble and die.

what makes me even more pissed off?

the warranty's over. knn. now i'll to cough out some cash to fix it... if it can be fixed.

bitch sony vaio.
bitch.
